Brake Line Kit (800mm)

The Brake Line Kit (800mm) is a high-quality steel braided (Stahlflex) brake line set with ABE, featuring a black protective coating for durability and a clean look. Designed to deliver improved braking performance, pressure stability, and precise control, this kit includes three M10x1 banjo bolts for a complete installation.

Perfectly suited for original fork length Twinshock models, the kit fits setups using higher or medium handlebars (22mm or 28.6mm) and higher triple clamps (e.g. 50mm), including triple clamp systems.

Not suitable for models with swing caliper brakes!

Important:
Before ordering, please measure the existing brake lines to ensure proper fit for your motorcycle’s configuration.

Tip:
When replacing the original BMW brake lines with this kit, one connection on the brake caliper will remain open. This must be sealed with a bleeder screw M10 x 1.00 mm (not included).
